Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Online Support Agent to join our customer service team. This role is essential in assisting clients with platform inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth user experiences. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, timely, and accurate support across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, and support tickets.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through resolving platform-related issues.
- Account Support: Assist with account setup, verification, and security processes.
- Knowledge Base: Maintain and update FAQs and support documentation.
- Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate to technical teams when necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Online Support Agent, Customer Service Representative, or similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency platforms and digital finance tools.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and online support software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or related field is a plus.
