☕ CAFÉ MANAGER / EXPERIENCED BARISTA – PART TIME
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Café Manager / Barista to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident behind the coffee machine while also being capable of managing the day-to-day operations of a busy café.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and maintaining excellent presentation
Confident latte art and strong knowledge of coffee
Leading, supporting and supervising the café team
Managing daily café operations and ensuring smooth service
Opening and closing the café
Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Ensuring cleanliness, food safety and workplace standards are maintained
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Working closely with the owners to improve café operations and customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum 2 years barista experience preferred
-Previous café management or supervisory experience highly regarded
-Strong coffee-making and latte art skills —Confident leadership and communication skills Reliable, punctual and well organise
Strong customer service skills
Available to work weekends
Able to work independently and take responsibility for the café when required
Position: Part Time
