The Role
As an Underground Shift Supervisor at Cowal Gold Mine —the largest project Redpath has ever undertaken —you’ll be the driving force behind daily underground operations. This is a five‑year full‑time contract with strong potential for extension, working across both production and development on a major, long‑life project. You’ll lead crews, allocate resources, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards, all while living Redpath’s motto: “Consider it done – safely.”
This position operates on an even-time 2/2 roster , giving you genuine work–life balance while contributing to one of Australia’s most significant underground mining developments.
