About the Role:
We are seeking a FP&A and System Analyst to Support financial reporting, forecasting, finance systems administration, and process improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
FP&A Support & Financial Reporting
- Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial models, and monthly management reports
- Perform variance analysis, KPI reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Assist with analysis of revenue, profitability, utilisation, recovery rates, and project performance
- Monitor WIP, debtor days, leave liabilities and staff costs
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and ad hoc financial analysis
- Support pricing reviews, resource capacity planning, and operational reporting
- Maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and financial models
- Support reconciliations, data validation, and reporting accuracy
- Support business stakeholders with reporting and financial information
- Support finance systems, data integrity, and reporting automation initiatives
Finance Systems Administration (FFA)
- Manage finance system administration processes within FFA
- Maintain revenue recognition, billing, cost rates, and FX/currency settings
- Support project and account approvals and financial controls
- Investigate and resolve system and project financial issues
- Implement annual billing updates and system configuration changes
- Assist with Payroll and HRIS administration where required
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes within FFA
Finance Transformation, Process Improvement & Projects
- Support finance transformation and automation initiatives
- Assist with system implementations and process improvement projects
- Improve processes across project management, invoicing, payroll, fixed assets, and expense management
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and operational workflows
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
- Identify process improvement, automation, and control enhancement opportunities
- Support finance transformation projects, system implementations, testing, and upgrades
- Prepare process documentation, business cases, and reporting requirements
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and change management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and operational systems
Skills & Experience
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, finance systems, or business analysis
- Experience within a professional services environment preferred
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline
- CA/CPA qualification preferred
