Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hours 4:30-20:30
- Prepare, review, and process export documentation such as commercial invoices, airway bills, customs forms, and compliance records.
- Verify shipment details to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, UPS policies,

and destination‑country requirements.
- Enter and update shipment data in UPS systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, to resolve export‑related issues.
- Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work efficiently in a time‑sensitive environment.
- Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be reliable & flexible to changes.
- Previous experience in an operational environment
