Estimator – Demolition & Commercial Projects (Hybrid + Site Walks)

Theo’s Industries Pty Ltd is a growing demolition contractor delivering structural demolition, commercial strip-outs, and emergency response works across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a capable Estimator to join our team in a hybrid role that includes work from home, office collaboration, and on-site inspections.
The Role
You will play a key role in pricing and securing demolition and strip-out projects across commercial, retail, and government sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed quotations and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Completing take-offs, scope reviews, and BoQs
- Conducting site inspections and site walks to assess scope and risks
- Liaising with builders, clients, and project managers to clarify requirements
- Assisting with procurement and cost planning
- Supporting project handover from tender to delivery
About You
- Experience in estimating within demolition, construction, or a related trade
- Solid understanding of demolition methods and pricing structures
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical documents
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Competent with Excel and estimating software
- Confident communicator who can represent the business on site
