The Account Director plays a pivotal role in driving client relationships, ensuring tasks are approached strategically and with the necessary hustle to push boundaries and deliver results. This position involves collaboration with internal teams across Strategy, Creative, Editorial, and Production to shape the role of social media in advertising.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead purposeful and productive client meetings based on a deep understanding of
the client’s business and category.
● Provide daily direction to ensure the team understands the project trajectory and
objectives.
● Anticipate opportunities and problems, developing proactive plans to mitigate risks
and manage issues.
● Foster collaboration to earn the respect and trust of peers and client teams, acting as
a visible leader within the agency.

● Apply high-level strategic knowledge of social platforms, creative standards, paid
media, and measurement.

● Provide precise estimates and negotiate effectively with clients and suppliers.
● Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to increase client scope.
● Lead and manage team members, nurturing talent across all functions with a flexible,

Skills and Experience
● 7–9 years of experience, preferably within an agency environment.
● Solid background in influencer management, including identifying, briefing, and
maintaining talent relationships.
● Proven history of leading trusted client relationships and managing budgets,
forecasting, and resourcing.
● Ability to instill confidence in multidisciplinary teams through clear, thorough direction.
● A creative mindset that challenges the status quo and seeks "out of the box"
solutions.
● Deep knowledge of daily social media developments and the ability to share that
expertise.
● Ambitious, proactive, and a quick-thinking problem solver.
● Expert project management skills combined with a strategic outlook.
Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
