As a Trainee Batcher, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training, gain nationally recognised licences and develop the skills needed to operate a concrete batching plant safely and efficiently.
This permanent, full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving and being part of a team that delivers a quality product to customers every day. Upon successful completion of your traineeship, you'll have the skills, confidence and autonomy to manage plant operations and explore further career opportunities across one of Australia's leading construction materials businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor batching plant equipment to produce concrete to specification
-
Coordinate truck movements to ensure safe and efficient site operations
-
Conduct routine inspections, maintenance and housekeeping activities
-
Monitor inventory levels and assist with production planning
-
Work collaboratively with drivers, customers and operations teams to meet delivery schedules
-
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental standards
