Paramount Coffee Project is recruiting casual front of house team members!

This role is a perfect fit for someone with experience in hospitality and specialty coffee.
Applicant requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills: able to confidently talk with customers
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to get your hands dirty and roll up your sleeves
- Barista skills and previous specialty coffee experience a plus
- RSA certification a must
