At HAWFORD SOUND PTY LTD, we are looking for a full-time (38-40 hours per week) Cook to join the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preparing and cooking granola, protein bars, slices, baking mixes and other food products in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
· Measuring, weighing and combining ingredients to ensure consistency and quality of finished products.
· Monitoring cooking, baking and food preparation processes to ensure products are prepared to specification.
· Adjusting cooking times, temperatures and ingredient quantities as required to achieve the desired product quality.
· Preparing ingredients for cooking, including mixing, blending and portioning food products.
· Inspecting raw ingredients and finished products to ensure quality, freshness and compliance with company standards.
· Following food production schedules to ensure products are prepared efficiently and on time.
· Maintaining food safety, hygiene and allergen management standards throughout all stages of food preparation and cooking.
· Operating and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment used in food preparation and cooking processes.
· Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic food production environment.
Requirements
· Relevant Qualification or at least 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification
· The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience
· A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.
Position: Full Time
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
