Description:
THE ROLE...
This is a dynamic, dual-purpose role combining retail sales and warehouse responsibilities, offering variety across your day.
You’ll be the face of our Cairns South showroom, assisting customers with product selection and helping bring their renovation or building projects to life. Behind the scenes, you’ll support the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service in the showroom
- Assist customers with product selection and sales enquiries
- Process sales transactions and orders accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Receive and manage incoming stock
- Maintain warehouse organisation and safety standards
- Support the team to achieve sales and operational targets
Skills and Experiences:
ABOUT YOU...
- Previous experience in retail sales, warehouse, or a similar hands-on role
- Strong customer service skills with a willingness to learn
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
