About the opportunity
As a registered Family Day Care Educator with ADS Growing Together FDC, you will operate your own Family Day Care environment from your residence while being supported by our coordination team.
You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families, create engaging educational experiences and enjoy the flexibility that comes with a home-based Family Day Care career.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking educators who:
- Hold or are working towards an approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Have a genuine passion for working with children
- Are interested in operating Family Day Care from their own suitable residence
- Understand the importance of child safety, professional practice and quality education and care
- Are willing to meet all relevant Family Day Care regulatory, screening and compliance requirements
- Are reliable, professional and committed to building positive relationships with children and families
- Are motivated to create a welcoming, safe and engaging home learning environment
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
