Located within BIG4 Solitary Islands Resort, The 383 Wooli is one of the Clarence Coast's most unique hospitality venues. Combining a relaxed coastal atmosphere with high service standards, we're building a team of hospitality professionals who genuinely care about guest experience, team culture and operational excellence (and know how to have fun with guests!)
As we continue to grow, we're seeking two experienced hospitality leaders to join our Front-of-House team.

FLOOR SUPERVISOR:
The Floor Supervisor is a key leadership position reporting directly to the Front-of-House Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, coaching teams, creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading service periods and supporting the FOH team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Training and mentoring team members
- Managing guest feedback and resolving issues
- Maintaining venue presentation and service standards
- Supporting operational efficiency and team performance
- Assisting with daily venue operations and workflow management
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of hospitality experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Attention to detail (a must!)
- Commercial business acumen
- Confidence managing busy services
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset

BAR TEAM LEADER:
The Bar Team Leader is a hands-on leadership role responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences from behind the bar.
You'll play an important role in maintaining service standards, training staff and ensuring smooth bar operations during busy service periods.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading bar service during busy trade periods
- Delivering engaging guest experiences
- Preparing cocktails to a high standard
- Maintaining strong beer, wine and beverage knowledge
- Training and developing new team members
- Managing workflow within a fast-paced environment
- Upholding cleanliness and operational standards
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of hospitality experience
- NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Strong Cocktail, beer and wine knowledge
- Confidence in high-volume service environments
- Strong POS and cash handling skills
- Great communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
