We’re seeking a Part-Time Buying Coordinator to join our Product team based in Alexandria.
As a Buying Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Buying team to:
- Coordinate and prepare all range briefings and sign of sessions, ensuring documentation is accurate, filed and shared with team members.
- Managing weekly meetings end to end to ensure all notes are populated, collate & socialised.
- Marketing catalogue management - what's instore - new collections to the retail team.
- Opening boxes with initial samples, pre-production samples & bulk samples and then socialising to buyers, designers & head of fragrance.
- Populate range plan PGR (product group) & SGR (sub product group)
- Submitting testing tickets to compliance
- Oversee all sample workflows, including e-comm, marketing & licensors.
- General administration to support the buying team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bring 1–3 years’ experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Retail Support
- Be highly organised and detail-oriented, managing multiple projects, data, and deadlines efficiently
- Communicate confidently and build strong relationships with internal teams and external supplier
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with retail systems
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Be available for up to 20 hours per week, ideally working Monday to Friday
