Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Building Supervisor to join our experienced team.

Previous insurance repair experience is highly regarded but not essential—we're looking for the right person with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of insurance repair projects across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast from initial inspection through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and inspect building damage
- Prepare detailed scopes of works, reports and quotations
- Manage insurance repair projects from commencement through to completion
- Prepare work orders and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Order materials and schedule project activities
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality of workmanship
- Liaise professionally with clients, insurers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with client KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs) and company procedures
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within the building industry
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (completed or currently studying)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- Sound computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A professional, positive and proactive approach
- Commitment to safety, compliance and quality workmanship
- A current Australian Driver Licence
