The Boutique Leader is responsible for leading a high-performing Boutique that delivers exceptional customer experiences, strong commercial results and a positive, values-led team culture.
This role brings the SHEIKE brand to life on the Boutique floor - inspiring customers to look and feel their best, while developing and leading a team that consistently deliver on sales, conversion and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Service Leadership

Deliver consistently high-quality customer experiences aligned to the SHEIKE brand

Ensure genuine, confident customer engagement from first greeting through to fitting room and close of sale

Lead by example in styling, product knowledge and service behaviours

Actively role model SHEIKE’s styling and selling standards on the floor
Commercial Performance & Results
Accountable for delivering Boutique performance across key metrics including:

Sales

Average Transaction Value (ATV)

Understanding daily, weekly and monthly performance trends

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing Boutique team

Coach and performance-manage team members in line with SHEIKE expectations

Foster a culture of accountability, recognition and continuous feedback

Create a clear role clarity, standards and expectations for all team members

Support team wellbeing through effective rostering and workload management
Wages & Rostering

Manage Boutique wages within budget

Create effective rosters that align to traffic patterns, conversion opportunities and customer demand

Balance cost control with service excellence
-
Ensure compliance with all award, payroll and rostering requirements
Stock Integrity & Loss Prevention

Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and integrity
-
Proactively manage shrinkage through strong processes and team accountability
-
Ensure all stock movements, transfers and deliveries are actioned accurately
-
Lead by example in adherence to loss prevention standards and procedures
Visual & Operational Excellence

Ensure visual standards reflect SHEIKE brand guidelines and VM direction
-
Maintain a clean, organised and safe store environment at all times
-
Ensure fitting rooms, back of house and customer areas are consistently presented

Execute promotions, campaigns and sale activity accurately and on time
