The Role: Inclusion Support Educator
We’re looking for a Inclusion Support Educator who sees every child’s potential and believes all children deserve to feel safe, valued, included, and capable.
This part-time role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm, working closely with educators and families to support children with additional needs and complex behaviours in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
We are seeking an educator who is intentional in their practice and experienced in inclusion support. You will confidently support children’s emotional regulation, participation, learning, and social development while helping create calm, responsive, and engaging environments where every child can thrive.
The ideal person is patient, compassionate, observant, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in children’s lives. You’ll bring empathy, professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to inclusive practices that ensure every child feels a sense of belonging.

About You:
You bring heart, curiosity and a passion for early learning
You also have:

Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or studying)

A commitment to child and cultural safety

An understanding of reporting obligations

A collaborative, inclusive approach
