As an Administration Officer - Private Practice, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial and administrative processes run seamlessly, supporting both clinicians and patients. From coordinating accurate billing to strengthening relationships with stakeholders, your work helps maintain trust, efficiency, and continuity across the service.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Delivering accurate and timely billing and receipting, ensuring financial processes support patient care outcomes
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and improve claim success
Maintaining high-quality data and records that underpin reporting, compliance, and service performance
Identifying opportunities to refine systems and processes, improving efficiency and user experience

Strong experience in administrative or financial processing, with high attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn and use digital systems for billing, reporting, and data management

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare billing or government-funded programs and/or experience supporting system or process improvements.
