Moon's Fresh Sushi is a Japanese restaurant known for its fresh and high-quality dishes, and offers a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience for both locals and visitors with friendly service. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chef on a full-time basis.

Pay: Up to $79,500 per year + superannuation
To be successful in this position, you need to have the followings:
- Commercial Cookery trade qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of chef experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and management
- Budget, cost and waste management skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent culinary skills and dietary requirements
- Strong leadership to lead, train, and develop kitchen staff
