Own and manage organic socials for an iconic Australian E-Commerce Food Business.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (reporting to the Head of Marketing) to take ownership of the organic social presence across three iconic Australian brands; Maggie Beer, The Hamper Emporium and Gifts Australia.
From owning & delivering the social strategy, through to managing content calendars across 3x brands, you’ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas to life and see your impact in real time.

What You'll Be Doing
Social Planning & Growth
- Build and manage monthly content calendars
- Drive engagement through campaigns, UGC and creative initiatives
- Identify trends, new formats and audience growth opportunities
Community & Brand Engagement
- Build engaged communities through competitions, comments, messages and interactions
- Monitor performance and identify insights that drive growth
- Continuously test and refine content to improve reach and engagement
Influencers & Partnerships
- Identify and collaborate with creators and influencers who are brand aligned
- Support influencer activity across multiple brands
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to bring campaigns to life
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Ability to create engaging mobile-first content (reels, stories, shorts & trend-led videos) as required
- Turn ideas into social-first content that feels native to each platform
About You
- You likely have 2–4+ years of experience managing social media across multiple brands or accounts. More importantly, you:
- Are confident creating & editing mobile first content.
- Know Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, inside out, and keep a close eye on what's emerging
- Understand what drives performance, not just what looks good
- Are comfortable with analytics and translating data into better content decisions
- Can switch fluently between different brand personalities and tones
- Have managed content calendars across multiple accounts simultaneously
- Bring ideas and initiative - you don't wait to be told what to create
