About the role
As ICT Project Manager, you will play a key role in this delivery environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and successful execution of telematics and ICT implementation projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, integrated correctly, and deployed effectively into customer environments.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, engineering resources, sales, field deployment teams and external partners, to balance operational delivery, implementation quality and customer success within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of ICT and telematics implementation projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure
- Develop detailed project plans outlining project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation and implementation requirements
- Coordinate the selection, implementation and integration of telematics and connected technology solutions into operational environments
- Act as the key liaison between customers, sales teams, technical teams and external implementation partners
- Coordinate in-field deployments, onboarding activities, customer training, handover processes and post-implementation support
- Monitor project progress, manage scheduling and prioritisation activities, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within agreed timeframes
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, implementation issues and operational challenges to support successful delivery outcomes
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and governance processes to ensure ICT projects meet operational and customer requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technical, operational and customer-facing functions to ensure efficient project execution
- Maintain project documentation, implementation records and stakeholder reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor qualification in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Project Management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating ICT, telematics or technology implementation projects
- Exposure to telematics, fleet management, IoT, GPS tracking or connected mobility technologies highly regarded
- Strong understanding of ICT project delivery methodologies, project governance and implementation processes
- Experience coordinating project schedules, stakeholder communication and resource allocation activities
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management capability
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing operational priorities
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, implementation and technology deployment activities preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project coordination platforms

Successful Applicants must have:
- Minimum 1 years of highly relevant experience in telematics or Internet of Things (IoT) technologies is required.
- A relevant degree in ICT or Computer Science is required for this position.
