CSA Property Services, part of the CSA Group, is seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Maintenance Handyman to assist with ongoing maintenance and repair works across our commercial, strata, retail and industrial client sites.
We service more than 130 commercial properties throughout the Perth metropolitan area, covering locations from Rockingham to Two Rocks, across to Midland and everywhere in between. We pride ourselves on delivering professional, high-quality property maintenance services and are looking for dependable contractors to join our network.
Typical maintenance tasks include:
- General handyman repairs
- Door, lock and hardware adjustments
- Minor carpentry repairs
- Painting, patching and touch-ups
- Silicone and caulking
- Fixture and fitting replacements
- Signage installation and repairs
- Site inspections and maintenance reporting
- Reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs
To be considered, you must have:
- Proven commercial maintenance or handyman experience
- Your own tools
- Own vehicle with ability to carry tools, materials, ladders etc
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A clean and professional presentation
- Current Public Liability Insurance (mandatory)
- Current ABN (mandatory)
- Valid driver's licence and registered vehicle
