CMTL Group is seeking an experienced Loader Operator for an opportunity at a Queensland gold mine.
This position involves operating a loader to feed a crusher while maintaining safe and efficient production operations.
What’s on offer:
- $60 per hour
- 8 days on, 6 days off roster
- Rotating day and night shifts
- 12 to 12.5-hour shifts
- BIBO from Townsville or DIDO from Mackay
- Ongoing mining opportunity
Key responsibilities:
- Operate loaders safely and efficiently
- Feed material into the crusher
- Complete equipment pre-start inspections
- Identify and report equipment faults or hazards
- Follow site procedures and production requirements
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and teamwork
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of relevant loader-operating experience
- Previous experience operating a loader to feed a crusher
- Relevant loader tickets, licences or evidence of competency
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Ability to BIBO from Townsville or DIDO from Mackay
- Ability to complete site onboarding requirements, including a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
