About the Role – Residential Manager
Juniper are seeking an experienced and people-focused Residential Manager to lead Hillcrest on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will oversee operations, lead a multidisciplinary team and drive a positive, high-performing culture. You will ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while delivering safe, high-quality care and strong resident outcomes.
You’ll bring strong leadership, commercial awareness and a commitment to excellence in aged care.

Juniper Hillcrest is an 80-bed residential aged care home in the coastal city of Geraldton, WA, known for its relaxed lifestyle, strong community and stunning ocean views.
We’re committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment, where strong relationships with residents and families create a genuine sense of belonging.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care facility

Foster a positive, resident-focused culture that supports dignity, choice and independence

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements

Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary workforce
-
Manage budgets, occupancy, roster performance and operational outcomes
-
Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organisational change
-
Monitor and manage clinical, operational and workplace risks
-
Promote employee engagement, accountability and a culture of safety
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous leadership experience within aged care, health, disability or human services
-
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements

Proven experience managing teams, budgets and operational performance
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to lead through change and build high-performing teams
-
Strong organisational and decision-making capability
-
Qualifications in management, business, health or a related discipline
-
A current National Police Clearance and ability to complete required compliance checks
