We are seeking a reliable and motivated team member for an immediate long-term position within our growing strata maintenance business.
5 days per week preferred (minimum 3 or 4 days).
This role combines all aspects of:
- Strata Cleaning
- Strata Gardening
- Strata Lawn Mowing Services
Applicants must be willing and able to perform all aspects of the role.
While experience is highly valued, we place the greatest importance on attitude, reliability, communication and a strong work ethic.

Areas Serviced
Work is carried out across the:
- Eastern Suburbs
- Sutherland Shire
- Inner West
- Sydney CBD
servicing strata properties and apartment complexes.
Duties Include
Cleaning
- Vacuuming stairwells and common areas
- Window and glass cleaning
- Dusting and mopping
- Spider web removal
- Bin services and rubbish collection
Grounds Maintenance
- Leaf blowing and sweeping
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Hedging and pruning
- Weeding and garden maintenance
- Green waste removal
- General strata garden presentation
Requirements
- Driver Licence (essential)
- TFN or ABN
- Ability to work independently after training
- Experience with lawn mowing, hedging and gardening equipment is highly preferred
Once trained, you will travel between sites and work independently and at times with another team member.
