Join Victoria’s Secret Highpoint , one of our most prestigious locations, as a Visual Merchandising supervisor and play a pivotal role in shaping an immersive, high-impact shopping experience. In this role, you will lead the execution of innovative merchandising strategies, ensuring visual excellence that enhances both customer engagement and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the implementation of brand directives, translating merchandising strategies into visually compelling in-store experiences.
- Optimize product placement, window displays, and fixture layouts to drive sales and showcase the brand’s aesthetic.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to uphold brand standards while ensuring seamless integration of marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Support in train, mentor, and inspire store associates, fostering a culture of visual excellence and brand advocacy.
- Oversee the management of visual assets, including fixtures, props, and marketing materials, while ensuring adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
