O’Brien is looking for a Marketing Executive to help deliver impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across our commercial products and services.

The Opportunity
In this dynamic role, you’ll support the development and execution of targeted B2B marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, you’ll help bring campaigns to life that drive engagement and pipeline growth within our commercial segment.
From campaign coordination and content creation through to performance analysis and market insights, you’ll play a key role in delivering effective, data-driven marketing initiatives aligned to broader business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, content, and events
- Develop engaging, insight-led content including EDMs, thought leadership pieces, case studies, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Support lead generation and nurturing activities aligned to sales and commercial priorities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, reporting, and optimisation recommendations
- Collaborate with agencies, designers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement
- Support the delivery of industry events, trade shows, and account-based marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign-focused role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign execution and lead generation tactics
- Experience working with sales teams or supporting commercial objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with strong project coordination and time management abilities
- Experience using CRM, CMS, and email marketing platforms
Nice to have:
- Marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo)
- SEO/SEM and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Experience in fast-paced or agency environments
