About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload and work closely with GPs, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
This position is ideal for a Physiotherapist who enjoys hands-on treatment, values evidence-based practice, and is committed to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Participate in ongoing mentoring, coaching and professional development programs

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Availability to work full-time
- Full Australian working rights with a valid visa and no work restrictions
- Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare and referral systems
- Minimum one year of physiotherapy experience within Australian private practice
- Experience working with GPs, specialists, private health insurers, Medicare and third-party funding schemes
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
Highly Regarded
Candidates with experience or a strong interest in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:
- Headaches and migraines
- Vestibular physiotherapy
- Dizziness and balance disorders
- Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) dysfunction
- Concussion management
- Complex musculoskeletal presentations
