Nestled on a leafy corner of Bourke Street in Surry Hills, Arthur is a warm and welcoming restaurant celebrating Australian produce, growers and makers. Our kitchen is driven by seasonality, simplicity and a commitment to showcasing exceptional ingredients through thoughtful, produce-led cooking.
Arthur is entering an exciting new chapter. Following a full renovation throughout June, the restaurant will reopen in July with a refreshed look, updated concept and renewed energy. We're looking for passionate chefs to join the team from launch and help shape the future of Arthur from day one. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a venue's evolution while working with exceptional Australian produce in a collaborative and ambitious kitchen environment.
We have multiple chef positions available ranging from casual to full time:
- Experienced grill chef
- larder chef
- LCB student
What we're looking for:
- Genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
- High standards of organisation, cleanliness and attention to detail
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous learning
- Relevant experience for chef positions preferred
- Current culinary studies or apprenticeship enrolment for LCB students
