About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work collaboratively with our experienced team to provide high-quality education and care for children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. You will contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
- Understanding of child protection responsibilities, including:
- Mandatory Reporting obligations.
- The Reportable Conduct Scheme.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to work.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children.
- Current Working With Children Check and other relevant clearances as required.
