Details: Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service while using data and insights to inform decision-making? Join the Suburban Land Agency as a Sales Administration and Reporting Officer and contribute to high-quality customer experiences and evidence-based sales operations.
This role sits within the Thriving Communities Group and supports the sale of residential and non‑residential land in the ACT. You will contribute across customer service, administration, reporting and data insights, supporting coordinated sales operations and informed decision-making across SLA functions. The role operates flexibly across Sales and Client Services and Commercial Transactions, as required.
Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining Salesforce dashboards and reports to support operational insights

Managing Cisco Contact Centre operations and monitoring performance

Maintaining and validating data across relevant systems (Salesforce, Objective, APIAS and others)

Analysing customer interactions and trends to support continuous improvement

Supporting reporting, briefings and general sales operations
-
Coordinating ATIS (Automated Telephone Interpreting Service)

translation services and supporting customer accessibility initiatives
We are looking for someone with:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools

Ability to interpret data and contribute to practical insights

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a team environment

Highly Desirable: Demonstrated high-level proficiency in phone skills and IT applications relevant to a sales environment, including:

Records management systems

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Microsoft Office applications

Reporting tools and data analysis
Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

This position is designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
