Hansa’s Steak & Grill (Mordialloc) is hiring an experienced Front of House team member to join us on a casual basis for 3–4 shifts per week (lunch and dinner, Wed–Sat). If you’re confident on the floor, genuinely hospitable, and enjoy working in a premium steakhouse with a tight-knit team, we’d love to hear from you.What we’re looking for
- Proven FOH experience (table service, POS, handling busy services)
- Warm, professional customer service and strong communication
- Reliable and available for a mix of lunch/dinner shifts
- Current RSA certificate (required)
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting and looking after guests from start to finish
- Taking orders, running food & drinks, and keeping service smooth
- Supporting the team to deliver a standout dining experience
