ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a mixed caseload, a strong team culture, and a clinic that's set up properly. Physio, exercise physiology, clinical Pilates, massage, and a boutique gym and Pilates studio all under one roof in Williamstown.
We do 60-minute initial assessments. We're not a volume clinic. We want our physios to have enough time with clients to actually do the job well — assess thoroughly, treat properly, build a plan that sticks.
New grads are welcome. We've put real thought into how we support early-career clinicians, and our mentoring program reflects that. If you're experienced and looking for a place that still invests in your development, that's equally what we're about.
THE ROLE INVOLVES
– Seeing a varied caseload — musculoskeletal, sports, post-surgical, NDIS, and general
– 60-minute initial assessments and building clear, practical treatment plans
– Hands-on treatment and prescribing and progressing exercise programs
– Working alongside our EP and Pilates team — we do genuinely integrated care here
– Being part of weekly in-house PD and contributing to the learning culture of the clinic
– Building relationships with referrers over time and playing a part in growing your caseload

– AHPRA-registered (or about to be)
