Fuso Port Melbourne are seeking an organised and customer centric
Service Administrator to join our high performing and supportive team!
As the backbone of our Service team, you will be responsible for a wide range of customer service and administrative duties. You will work closely with a long-term, experienced team to ensure our customers receive a best-in class service and positive experience from our department.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering working hours of 8.00 – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
About The Role:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone, and in-person
- Scheduling of service jobs, keeping customers updated with job progress and conducting thorough vehicle handovers on completion of work
- Overseeing the quotation and invoicing process, including raising/ closing of Purchase Orders
- Pre-picking parts for services and ordering stock
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships by ensuring service expectations are met
- Ad hoc administration duties

About You:
- Demonstrated administration experience, ideally within the automotive industry or within a Service department
- Service driven ethic with the ability to understand and help our customers
- Good organisational skills, particularly time management and prioritisation
