Solid background in kitchen operations with previous experience as a Cook is required

Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking

Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs

Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment

Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding

Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
