The Senior Integrity Manager will protect the sport from integrity threats such as safeguarding children and young people, anti-doping, anti-corruption and member protection. You will be responsible for investigating alleged breaches of Tennis Australia’s national policies that undermine the integrity of our sport. You will also lead, manage and mentor Tennis Australia’s network of State Integrity Officers.

Manage issues that relate to Tennis Australia’s national policies and guidelines including developing prevention strategies, investigating alleged breaches, monitoring compliance and gathering intelligence.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure the sport is safe, fair and inclusive

Assist in the delivery of education workshops and seminars that promote role model behaviours and protect the sport against integrity threats

Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders including the International Tennis Integrity Agency, Sport Integrity Australia, police and government authorities and State Member Association partners.

Assist in the development of new policies and rules and new content and material for coach and official accreditation programs, identifying areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in sport management or integrity (preferred)

Certificate IV (or higher) in Investigations
-
Ability to perform under pressure in situations
-
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to manage conflict
-
A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)

Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
