About the Role
As Records Management Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of maintaining QLeave's Content Manager and ensuring compliance with legal and recordkeeping standards. You will also champion initiatives to strengthen recordkeeping culture and governance, driving efficiency and supporting QLeave's vital operations.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Administer QLeave's Content Manager, including metadata management, folder creation, archiving, disposal, and user access.
Ensure compliance with recordkeeping legislation, policies, and standards.
Provide timely recordkeeping advice and Content Manager support to staff.
Audit records, analyse trends, and recommend process improvements and training.
Promote recordkeeping awareness and deliver training on recordkeeping and Content Manager.
Prepare operational performance reports.

What We're Looking For

For this role, the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Experience in using OpenText Content Manager and using system tools.
Well-developed communication skills encompassing problem solving, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with all staff and provide records management assistance.
Knowledge and implementation of information and records management practices, policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
Demonstrate an ability to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve problems using best practice approaches.
Ability to work autonomously and as an integral member of the team to achieve goals.
