Now we're looking for an exceptional Head of Engineering to lead our Sydney engineering team and help shape the next chapter of ANNA's growth.
As Head of Engineering, you'll be responsible for building, developing and leading a high-performing engineering organisation in Australia.
You'll combine technical leadership with people leadership, ensuring teams deliver high-quality software whilst creating an environment where engineers can thrive.
Working closely with Product, Design and senior leadership, you'll help define engineering strategy, influence technical direction and ensure we're building products that delight customers.
You'll also play a key role in helping ANNA continue its journey towards becoming an AI-native engineering organisation.
Lead, coach and develop multiple engineering teams.
