We're looking for an experienced Senior Wait Staff / Section Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while mentoring junior staff. Operating Wed-Sun lunch services only, with the exception of occasional functions and events.

You'll lead your own section with confidence, support daily restaurant operations, and ensure every guest enjoys attentive, knowledgeable and professional service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional table service from arrival through to farewell.
- Lead a section during service and support junior team members.
- Share wine knowledge and confidently recommend food and wine pairings.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen and cellar door teams.
- Help maintain high presentation and service standards.
- Contribute to staff training and creating a positive team culture.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality restaurant or winery hospitality.
- Strong food and wine knowledge (WSET or similar is highly regarded but not essential).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced service environment.
- A passion for genuine hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Current RSA certificate.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
