Ready to Grow Therapy is a small business health practice delivering mobile allied health services to children across Western Sydney.
We're looking for a full-time (or part-time) Speech Pathologist to join us and grow with the business. You'll carry your own paediatric caseload with the support of an experienced clinical team. New graduates and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Deliver assessment and therapy across preschools, schools, home and telehealth
- Build family capacity through coaching, education and goal-focused intervention
- Support children across a range of areas including early language, school-aged language, speech sounds, AAC, neurodiversity, literacy, and stuttering
- Document accurately and contribute to a team that genuinely supports each other

About You
- A bachelor or master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status and Speech Pathology Australia membership
- A current driver's licence
- A current Working With Children Check
- A genuine interest in paediatrics and community-based practice
Pay: $77,000.00 – $107,000.00 per year
