Your Mission is to lead a team of dedicated OTC consultants to deliver consistently outstanding service and advice on health and beauty. You'll manage the roster, support and develop your team, and make sure your store is beautifully presented and well-stocked – because when your team thrives, your customers feel it.

The Details: This role runs on a rotating roster of approximately 38 hours per week (Week 1: Monday–Friday, Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday), with shared weekend commitments – so weekend availability is essential.
