We are seeking forward-thinking Change Management Directors to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.
As a Change Management Director, you will lead and shape enterprise-wide organisational, cultural and technology change aligned to the ATO’s Enterprise Change Management framework. You’ll shape and oversee strategic change approaches across programs and projects, ensuring workforce needs and end user experience are central to enterprise change decisions. You’ll embed change into business-as-usual operations to achieve benefits realisation.
You will uplift organisational change capability and maturity by embedding best practice and driving continuous improvement. You’ll build senior stakeholder relationships to influence outcomes, resolve complex change challenges, and lead others through mentoring to foster a culture of adaptability and resilience across the agency.
You will lead change management teams, assure delivery of integrated change strategies and roadmaps, and use data and insights to monitor readiness, adoption and outcomes.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney CBD, Townsville or Wollongong.
