- Run your own hydraulic packages, not someone else's. Established southern Sydney contractor, long project runs, a vehicle and incentives tied to how the job actually goes.
We are working with an established Sydney commercial hydraulics contractor based in the south of the city. They want a genuine commercial plumbing Foreman who can take a hydraulic package and run it end to end, with the site team behind them. This is ownership of a project, not a senior tradesman role with a better title on it.
What is on offer
- $120,000 to $145,000 plus super, negotiated on your experience
- Vehicle
- Incentives tied to project and KPI performance
- Permanent, full time
- A steady book of major retail, commercial, government and industrial work
What you will be doing
- Running hydraulic packages on commercial sites, from programming through to handover
- Sewer and sanitary drainage, hot and cold water services, stormwater and civil drainage, trade waste
- Fire hydrant and hose reel services, plant rooms and the associated hydraulic infrastructure
- Programming, labour coordination and material procurement
- Builder coordination, QA and project documentation
What you will need
- Genuine commercial plumbing experience running packages and site teams, not running tools
- The hydraulic scope above, particularly plant rooms and fire services
- Someone who takes ownership of a project rather than waiting to be told
- NSW plumbing licence
- White Card
- Driver's licence
