- monitoring and inspecting fruit trees to identify produce quality issues, yields and advise to producers
- implementing pest control and monitoring. Advising management on economic aspects of disease eradication and regulations pertaining to grading, packing and loading of products
- auditing and monitoring quality procedures on farms, food handling and processing facility to ensure compliance with HARPS accreditation
-testing samples of produce for quality, size, brix on field and in processing facility that complies with supermarket specification
- educating, advising and providing information on standards of hygiene in storage, processing and packing facilities and in transport vehicles
- control biosecurity risks and issuing directions
- applicants with previous skills/experience will be highly considered
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kyabram VIC 3620: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
