Hot Food Chef (Flexible Roster)
We are looking for an experienced Hot Food Cook to take charge of our hot food section.
This role is ideal for someone confident working independently and managing a busy service.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage the hot food section
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
- Maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Assist with stock control and prep
Roster:
- 3-4 days per week (negotiable days)
- Current roster options:
- Monday–Thursday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
- Friday–Sunday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Flexibility available for the right candidate
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in hot food cooking (essential)
- Ability to work independently and handle service
- Good time management and organisation
- Sashimi experience is a bonus (not required)
