We currently have 4 locations and are about to launch our new restaurant in Mitcham Vic.
We are seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen. As the Head Chef you will be responsible for all aspects of operations, fostering a positive culture and delivering a great experience to our guests

Essential duties for the role include the following:
- A passion for creating dynamic menus and food
- Managing and motivating your team to perform at a high level
- Strong financial acumen relevant to labour and COGs control
- Have the ability to review operational performance and make improvements where necessary
- Ensure strict cost controls and delivering results in line with KPI's
- Working in accordance with Food Safety and complying with legislative requirements pertaining to food preparation and handling
- Working Hands On in the kitchen with your team
In order to be successful for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- A genuine passion for food with attention to detail with presentation
- Knowledge and Experience of Greek and Mediterranean cuisines
- Trade qualifications and previous experience in a similar role managing a solid team
- A customer service focus, with the ability to surprise and delight our guests with innovative and stylish food through your teams delivery
- An ability to think on your feet and multi-task
- Leadership ability, with previous experience mentoring your team and apprentices in the kitchen
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluent English
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
