About the Role:
We're looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales & Service Representative to support the Bushranger 4x4 Gear business across customer service, dealer support, and sales administration. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the efficiency of internal sales processes and growing e-commerce operations.
Reporting to the relevant Sales leadership team, and working closely with customer service, marketing and operations, you will play a key role in managing enquiries, processing orders, supporting dealers and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and dealer enquiries across phone, email, website and online channels

Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and communication

Provide product information, pricing, stock availability and order updates

Manage warranty claims from initial enquiry through to resolution

Support dealer and trade accounts, including onboarding, enquiries and ongoing relationship management

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate

Assist with e-commerce enquiries and online order support

Maintain accurate customer records and support reporting and administration activities

Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and operations to support business objectives
About You:
- Experience in customer service, internal sales or sales support roles

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and strong administrative capability

Proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Comfortable working with systems and handling order processing

Experience in automotive, 4x4 or technical products highly regarded
