The Rig 24/7 is a 24hr gym located in Long Jetty. We are currently looking someone to join the team as a receptionist.
In-house training will be provided by the onsite direct manager with continuous development from then onwards.
Experience;
Having previous experience with GymMaster is a plus and having worked in a Gym environment before is even better.
What is expected from the candidate;
- Opening reception during morning shift.
- Closing reception at the end of a shift.
- Tidying gym area during non busy times.
- Making sales calls to prospects enquiring about memberships.
- Giving tours of the gym to new prospects and visitors.
- Be welcoming and friendly with the highest standard of customer service possible.
- Receiving phone calls and making calls/emails to members and prospects.
