Baker - Artisanal Bakery
Bake for Sofia is a growing artisanal bakery producing handcrafted breads, pastries, and baked goods fresh every day across our wholesale operations and Melbourne retail locations.
We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our production team in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
About the Role
- Mixing, shaping, baking, and preparing artisan breads and bakery products
- Working with fresh doughs and high-quality ingredients
- Following production schedules and recipes with consistency and care
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and production standards
- Early morning and weekend availability required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous baking or commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Passion for artisan baking and quality products
- Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a production baking environment (essential).
