Phoenix Education is a growing tutoring organisation based in Sydney, currently seeking a reliable and well-presented Receptionist to support our Burwood centre.
This position suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is confident dealing with parents, students, and staff on a daily basis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the front desk and acting as the first point of contact for the centre
- Assisting parents and students with enquiries, both in person and via phone
- Supporting bookings, scheduling, and general office administration
- Working closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised
- Professional attitude with a customer-first approach
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently
- Understanding of the NSW school system is helpful, but not essential
- Chinese language skills are required for this role
